Opinions
We believe in what we read
And take the rest for granted
And it’s absurd how little it takes
For one man to hate another
Ne research, no background insight
Just black ink on a piece of paper
Half the truth, it makes no difference
Six and a half and we know where to stand
We buy opinions at the newspaper stand
And think we know but still we don’t
Despite of that we ignore the fact
Acting as were we in fact
Fighting wars – wars of the rightous
Defending family, honour and god
End of the day what do we know
Nothing but a written tale
Who are we to judge one another
Even though we might not know
Beyond the surface the truth lies dormant
Trying to break through the barriers of conscience
