My name is Adriel Rivera
I've stopped making gaming videos
And started posting short animations
People really seemed to love it but it's a very tedious process
And, don't get me wrong, I love animating, but
I'm contemplating whether I still want it to be my job in the future
Recently, I've been messing around with music a lot more
And, back in the sixth grade, I started making instrumentals of songs I really liked!
And, about a year ago, I actually made an original song called "Don't Worry"
When I showed that song to my dad, we were sitting in the living room, on the couch
And his face lit up and was so surprised
That I actually made a song, only being thirteen, at the time
So surprised, in fact, he showed it to multiple people
And they all loved it, too!
I don't think he knows how much that actually meant to me
A little while ago, I was making an acapella of a song
Me and my brother used to listen to with my uncle when we were younger
And my brother asked if he could rap on it
So I let him, but he didn't like the job I did with his vocals
He told me there has to be a way he can make sound professional
And that aggravated me
I told that I did the best that I could and he said "You can do better"
After he left, I was determined to learn more about mixing
Just to prove to him that I can make things sound good
And, when I showed it to him again, he was proud!
It sounded better!
After that, I started working on the beat to my own song, called "Fall Down"
I decided to show it to my mom to see what she thought
And she asked if I could send it to her to be her new ringtone
But I told her to wait until the song was finished
I've always loved music, growing up
And I've been inquired for these past few years
It's something that I work with, daily
And a few people seem to like what I do
So, who knows? Maybe this is something that I might want to do
