Prayer at dawn
And the shining pierces, sullenly
The cymbals pealing, one, two
The sun coming out
He nervously carries his head
Under his arm
Like a mannequin
And turns round and round
A puppy yelps
And starts dancing to the rondos
Spring breezes blow about;
Shining flakes of paper
Shall we dance like a top
With a circular skirt
Round and round
A fish on the wharf
Crosses over the rainbow
Pebbles left behind moan
