Fly away, fly away, fly away...
Together again, been such a long time
dandelion hill we're tumbling down.
The strong river breeze caressing my face
howling its way--woo--into my ear.
Shall we play the game where we are guessing the one
By the colour of the seeds?
We'll find the winner and we'll find the fool.
Sibling battle again, pride of the eldest, you'll see.
Fluffy dandelion, fly away, fly away, fly away!
The old maple song that we love to sing, sang it for years
a good hundred years.
Never in tune, the harmony's bad.
"It's not me, so wipe that grin off your face."
Standing in a circle we are lookin' around
laugh cause it's kind of weird.
No deviation in the shadows we cast...
The sky is clear and blue, and the clouds are rolling by.
Drift above the three of us, so far away.
Lying on the ground with my slightly open eyes.
For a moment they're little boys again.
Fluffy dandelion, fly away, fly away, fly away!
Our homes are now in all different places...
Same sky so bright and true, it was watching as we grew.
Scent of spring is on my hand, lingering on.
Lying on the ground with my slightly open eyes.
Dandelion dew on their hands too.
Fluffy dandelion, fly away, fly away, fly away!!
The sky is clear and blue, and the clouds are rolling by.
Drift above the three of us, so far away.
Secretly I pray, "Find your happiness, ok?"
Wishing from our eternal hill...
Fluffy dandelion, fly away, fly away, fly away!
Someday we will meet at dandelion hill
Bringing our new families, together again.
The sky's so clear and blue
while the clouds are rolling by
Drifting above the three of us.
Fluffy dandelion, fly away, fly away, fly away!
