Mothers in my family are three,
One of them belongs to my wife.
I made one and one made me,
These are the ladies who shaped my life.
A special day is not enough I feel,
To say thanks for all they have done,
In every breath, in all that's real,
They are dependable as the rising sun.
Truth be told, nothing I could do,
Would ever repay even in part,
To these wonderful ladies who,
Have selflessly given from the heart.
I humbly stand with love and awe,
And muster up all the courage I can,
To apologize for not being more,
Please forgive me, I am just a man.
