I ask myself, "will sleep see me through?"
At times I fear as if I won't survive, I won't survive.
And I do fear, and I do lie,
From time to time it seems I'd rather die than hurt again,
Or hurt another friend.
My dear I'm trapped, in this void so vacant,
So tempting and so wide, I breathe the night, to stay alive.
I don't mind, I don't mind,
Breathing eternal sleep could cast away those hurtful ones,
The ones we've left behind.
And these people we love, forever more,
They will tear us apart before our very eyes.
I ask myself, "will sleep see me through?"
At times I fear as if I won't survive, I won't survive.
And I do fear, and I do lie,
From time to time it seems I'd rather die than hurt again,
Or hurt another friend.
And these people we love, forever more,
They will tear us apart before our very eyes.
And these people we love, forever more,
They will tear us apart before our very eyes.
Just how low is low?
